Statement of Purpose

Kiewa Catchment Landcare Groups through community action helps to preserve, protect and
enhance the environment of the Kiewa River catchment by working with Landcare groups,
government agencies and local businesses to achieve improved natural resource management
outcomes

Our Role

The Kiewa Catchment Landcare Groups Incorporated (KCLG Inc) was formed in 1999 to deliver and manage Landcare
across the Kiewa River Catchment. The KCLG today covers the Shires of Indigo, Wodonga and Alpine.
KCLG Inc encompasses the Landcare Groups of Baranduda, Kiewa-Bonegilla, Kergunyah-Gundowring,
Yackandandah and Upper Kiewa
The Kiewa Catchment Landcare Groups is a not-for-profit, incorporated environmental organisation.

KCLG works with our member groups, and local community to improve the long-term sustainability of farming and the environment in North East Victoria
